News:
The Groesbeck FFA traveled to Houston to compete in the Ag Mechanics contest.
We had Tori O'Neal, Tray Kreder, and Harlie Badget build a 20 ft. flatbed trailer and received a blue ribbon.
Joe Montoya, Cody Wilson, and Kailey Swick built a 6 x 10 ft. utility trailer and receive a white ribbon.
Hawk Bates and James Davey built a grill guard and received a red ribbon.
Will Winn and Zack Isbell built an arena drag and received a blue ribbon.
Quest Bates, Jacob Harrison, and Hawk Bates built a wooden feeder and received a blue ribbon.
Our 4-H friends- Kaitlyn Pettigrew, Brandon Funderburk, Tyler Rader, Jordan Rader, and Emily Rader built a roller and received a blue ribbon.
Travis Crowson restored a Massey Ferguson tractor and received a blue ribbon.
Quest Bates, Hawk Bates and Jacob Harrison won reserve grand champion in showmanship and came home with a plaque, new welder, tool box, and a variety of tools.
Tori O'Neal received a HOOF Award and a $1000 cash prize as well as receiving an $8000 Ag Mechanics scholarship.
